Lakhs Land Promoters maintains a transparent and fair refund policy for all enquiry fees and related payments. This policy applies to transactions made through Lakhs Land mobile application and related services.
1. Non-Refundable Cases (Client-Side Issues)
Payments made will not be eligible for refund under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect details provided by the user (location, budget, requirements, etc.)
- Change of mind after initiating or completing the enquiry
- Failure to respond or cooperate during the enquiry process
- User-side technical issues (device problems, network failure, payment mistakes)
- Duplicate or accidental payments due to user error
2. Eligible Refund Cases (Company-Side Issues)
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
- Lakhs Land is unable to process or fulfill the enquiry request
- Incorrect or irrelevant plot information is provided by our team
- Service failure occurs due to internal operational issues
3. Grace Resolution Process
Before initiating any refund, Lakhs Land will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. This may include:
- Re-processing the enquiry
- Providing alternative plot options
- Assigning priority support
- If the issue is not resolved even after these efforts, the user may request a refund
4. Refund Approval & Processing
- Refund requests are subject to internal review and approval
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method or any method deemed appropriate

6. Office-Level Resolution
